In his address to the people, King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV urged the people of Tooro to protect their land and avoid selling it.

He also cautioned them against listening to misleading information from opportunists claiming that the Tooro Kingdom would evict them from their land.

The King dismissed these claims and called on the people to remain vigilant and secure their land rights within the kingdom.

The ceremony was attended by various dignitaries, all of whom pledged to follow the guidance given by the King.
