Hon Luwaga Mugumbule, speaking at a workshop's conclusion at Muteesa I Royal University in Kakeeka, Mengo, highlighted the significance of principals, teachers, and school facilitators reflecting on school changes, challenges, and new teaching methods. He emphasised the need for adaptation to stay abreast of changes and encouraged leveraging acquired skills to positively impact students' lives, extending beyond the classroom.
Furthermore, Minister of Education and Social Development, Hon Cotilda Nakate Kikomeko, advised teachers to prioritize practical skills over excessive theory. She stressed the importance of skilling students for real-world applicability, aiming to avoid overwhelming them with information that might not serve them well in their future endeavours.
