The hospital will be built at the Mumyuka Busimbi District Court, at the health Centre 4 level, which is one of those approved by the King in Ssingo, Buddu, and Kyaggwe.
The Katikkiro said the country is facing many health challenges in various ways, which is why the King decided to build hospitals to save his people.
He condemned those who defame doctors every time they come out to express their dissatisfaction on various issues when everyone needs them. Then the Katikkiro introduced the contractors, led by Ssalongo Steven Kiberu, and Engineer Zakaria Mukasa.
On behalf of the Minister of Health, Hon. Noah Kiyemba, said COVID-19, tested the country in terms of health, which is what prompted the King to decide to bring the service closer to his people. He presented the Board of Directors of the Royal Hospitals, headed by Dr. Ruth Nassanga.
Mukwenda, Hon. David Nantaggya, thanked the King, for launching the program in Ssingo, and promised to launch it.
