The Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Eswatini and the Prime Minister of Buganda

The Buganda Kingdom hosted the Prime Minister of the Eswatini Kingdom, Russell Mmiso Dlamini. The Katikkiro (Buganda premier), Charles Peter Mayiga, who received the Eswatini delegation, expressed the kingdom's gratitude and pledged good cooperation between the two kingdoms.

Prime Minister of Buganda, Charles Peter Mayiga, reiterated that the kingdom will not rebel against federal rule. Despite several unsuccessful requests for a federal system, Mayiga remains hopeful that the request will be granted over time.

Mayiga, while welcoming Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini, who visited the Royal Palace accompanied by his Minister of Foreign Affairs, his wife, and officials from the Government of Mswati, discussed the kingdom's history. The Katikkiro emphasized that the kingdom exists because of its people, who are dedicated to serving the King and supporting all activities and fundraising efforts. The delegates from the Government of Mswati first held a meeting with the Buganda prime minister.

The prime Minister briefed them on the investment opportunities available and invited them to come here to invest.

Eswatini's Prime Minister, Russell Mmiso Dlamini, pledged to take the relationship forward and stressed the importance of peacekeeping in the country's development. The Prime Minister of Eswatini, Russell Mmiso Dlamini, vowed to take the relationship ahead and emphasize the importance of keeping peace in the development of the country.

The guest later visited Bulange and various Kingdom media houses, including Radio CBS and BBS Terefayina. The Masengere building, built from donations from the Ettoffaali fundraising drive, was also part of the visit.

The engagement was also attended by the State Minister for Kampala, Mr Kabuye Kyofatogabye, Prince David Wasajja and many Buganda ministers.
