The Deputy Speaker of the Buganda Parliament, Oweek Ahmed Lwasa, represented King Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II at the reading of the National Budget at the Kololo Stadium.
Mr. Ahmed Lwasa was seated along with other traditional leaders, including, of Teso, Emorimor Paul Sande Emolot of Busia, and others.
The budget reading is UGX 52.7 trillion.
