Mmamba clan celebrates victory at the 2025 Buganda clan games in Rinkeby, Sweden
Kabaka’s subjects living in Scandinavia participated in the Buganda Clan Games held in Rinkeby, a suburb of Stockholm, Sweden.
This year, the Mmamba clan emerged as overall champions. Embogo took second place, while Ffumbe came in third.
The head of the Embogo clan, Omutaka Kayiira Gajuule, was the guest of honour. He commended the organisers for a well-planned event and encouraged them to add more creativity to future games.
Owek. Nelson Mugenyi, the Kabaka’s representative in Scandinavia, expressed deep appreciation to Jjajja Kayiira and all participants for promoting unity and cultural pride among the Kabaka’s people in the diaspora.
