The Kingdom was represented by Hon. Patrick Luwaga, the speaker to the Lukiikko at the memorial Mass of the former Chief Justice Benedict Kiwanuka.
Bishop Paul Ssemogerere, Archbishop of Kampala, officiated over the mass.
The Speaker of the Buganda Lukiiko, complimented Chief Justice Kiwanuka's tenacity and enthusiasm for the rule of law.
The Katikkiro also said that this day is very important to reflect on the rule of law, especially in view of what is happening in countries such as Gabon, Burkina Faso, and others.
