Luweekula County Chief hon. Andrew Ssempijja Mukasa and his deputies sworn into office

The Chief of Buweekula, Luweekula Oweek Andrew Ssempijja Mukasa, along with his deputies, Deogratious Sajjabi and Ponsiano Kyambadde, were officially sworn into office in the ministry assigned to them by His Majesty the King.

Hon. Israel Kazibwe Kitooke, the Minister of Information and spokesperson for the Kingdom presided over the inauguration ceremony on behalf of the Katikkiro. He urged the Chiefs and leaders to approach their duties with creativity, diligence, transparency, and passion.

Hon. Joseph Kawuki, the Minister of Local Government, Tourism, and Foreign Affairs, criticized politicians who have become obstacles to the Kingdom’s development and urged people to stay alert during the election period.

Luweekula Andrew Ssempijja Mukasa and his appointed deputies emphasized their commitment to prioritizing youth involvement by placing them in leadership roles, to accelerate the district’s development.
