Oweek Lukwago in a group photo with the new leadership
The Nkobazambogo representative in the Buganda Lukiiko and Youth Coordinator, Hon. Dr. Lukwago Rashid, presided over a leadership transition event that showcased various talents.
He represented the Minister for Youth, Sports, and Talent, Hon. Ssalongo Sserwanga Robert.
At Kibuli S.S, Hon. Lukwago Rashid urged students to understand the school’s historical significance and its role in the Buganda Kingdom.
The event was attended by the school headmaster, Hajji Ssemakadde, and other leaders from the Makindye Division, Mutuba III.
While swearing in the new Nkobazambogo leadership at Bishops S.S Mukono, Hon. Lukwago encouraged students to uphold good morals, a value emphasised by the school’s founders.

The journey continued to Mother Kevin Secondary School in Lugazi, where Hon. Lukwago lit a ceremonial hearth and spoke to students about the importance of discipline and moral uprightness.
The school was established by the Chairman of the Education Committee and the first deputy of Ssekiboobo, Hon. Ssennyonjo Moses.
Last week, the Katikkiro (Prime Minister) addressed youth leaders from the Busoga region, advising them to be innovative, hardworking, and determined in overcoming challenges, while supporting one another in both joyful and difficult times.
