The Buganda Kingdom’s Minister for Human Development and Health, Hon. Choltilda Nakate Kikomeko, together with the Chief Executive Director of the Kabaka Foundation, Mr. Edward Kaggwa Ndagala, and staff from the department, held discussions on how to collaborate to improve the quality of healthcare services among the Kabaka subjects.

Among the agreements that they arrived at were the strengthening of partnerships and seeking out wellwishers to gain support for health improvement programs among Kabaka’s subjects, due to the breadth of health services in the kingdom.

Minister Choltilda Nakate Kikomeko stressed that health should be given priority in every plan because a healthy person can work and develop the country.

During the meeting, Hon. Kaggwa Ndagala urged all those in the service of the Kingdom to always dedicate themselves to service to protect the dignity of the throne. In this regard, he stated that he has placed focus on working together to improve health in Buganda Kingdom because many people need to be reached with services due to their lack of capacity to access treatment.
