His Majesty the Kabaka has travelled abroad to meet his medical team for further check-ups and to assess his ongoing treatment, following care received from his local doctors.
Katikkiro Charles Peter Mayiga confirmed that His Majesty is steadily recovering, a message the Kabaka himself has repeatedly conveyed to the people of Buganda in his recent communications.
The Katikkiro urged all subjects of the Kabaka to understand that the Kingdom places the highest importance on the health and well-being of the Kabaka, as this is the core responsibility of the Kingdom’s leadership.
