Buddu celebrates victory as they lift the 2024 Masaza Cup trophy
Buddu emerged as the champion of the 2024 Masaza Cup, Buganda’s provincial football tournament, defeating Kyaggwe 1-0 with an early goal scored by Walaga.
Namboole Stadium buzzed with excitement as the Kabaka’s ministers, clan leaders, dignitaries, and royal officials gathered to witness the intense showdown between Buddu and Kyaggwe.
This victory marks the third time Buddu has claimed this prestigious trophy in the tournament.

The King (Kabaka) himself arrived at Namboole to watch the final match between Buddu and Kyaggwe.
