Youth representative in Buganda lukiiko, Hon. Rashid Lukwago graduated with a third degree in languages.

The Hon. Lukwago graduated from Makerere University today, and the Katikkiro congratulates him.

The Katikkiro commended him for his dedication to studying and mastering languages, especially Luganda, and stressed that people must study to master languages, as now all services require skills.

He thanked her for her dignified service to the King, especially in leading the youth, and for educating the children in the Queen’s Kisaakaate.

The Hon. Lukwago thanked the King for his support in his education and promised to focus on teaching and promoting the Luganda language.
