The last funeral of John Luswata Mulumba, the Queen's father, held at his home in Nkumba

His son Nelson Kikubira is the heir to him together with Nabwami Shamim. And Isaac Mulumba has been named as the heir to Nelson Kiragga.

Speaking to the crowd, Katikkiro Charles Peter Mayiga thanked the family for going through the proper procedures at the last funeral. He urged people to strengthen their culture.

He said that we should strengthen our clans for the good of future generations, engage in performing the last funeral, follow the proper guidelines, and plant trees as outlined by the Buganda council.

He urged the Heirs, that if they want their peers to listen to them, they should listen to them first, if they want to respect them, if they want to give of themselves first, if they want to be loved, they should love them first. We want Luswata’s reputation to remain intact.

Omutaka Muyingo, Samuel Mukasa Bulega, urged the heir to have the same love as his father and urged his descendants to support their clan in football tournaments.
