Concluding the visit of the King to the Palace of the Emir of Kano, Alhajj Aminu Ado Bayero, the First Deputy Katikkiro, Hon. Prof. Twaha Kigongo Kaawaase, along with Hon. Mariam Nkalubo Mayanja, last night, were shown films showcasing the culture and traditions of the region, as one of the closing ceremonies of the Eid Adhu Durbar 2023 celebrations.

The cinemas showcase the cultural and traditional journey, as well as the attractions of each province in the 'Kano Emirates.

The Hon. Kaawaase appreciated the use of film technology in preserving and disseminating culture, customs and traditions, and they can make them known, and make them interesting to young children and youth.

He stressed that culture, tradition, values, culture and traditions, are the roots that support development, and therefore countries that neglect them are doomed.
