His Majesty the Kabaka, Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II, has congratulated Cardinal Emmanuel Wamala on marking 30 years since his appointment as Cardinal.
The Kabaka’s message was delivered by the Katikkiro (Prime Minister) of Buganda, Charles Peter Mayiga, who visited the retired Archbishop at his residence in Nsambya.
