Ms. Jannat Nabatta Mukiibi has rejoiced at being named Kabaka's deputy ambassador to the UK. The ceremony took place in the Mumyuka Busimbi District of Ssingo at Naama whereby the principal visitor was Hon. Joseph Kawuki.
Hon. Kawuki advised Ms. Mukiibi to inform the audience about the Kingdom's message in order to protect them from rumours and hearsay.
Instead of dismissing foreign languages in Europe, he strongly urged parents to fully immerse their children in their own language and culture, and he praised certain parents who had succeeded in doing so.
He exhorted the audience to make diverse contributions to the Kingdom.
Dr. James Bukomeko Ssaalongo, the Bishop of Mityana, pleaded with the audience not to emulate the Europeans since they had degenerated into immorality.
Despite being in Europe, Mukwenda David Nantaggya reminded the celebrants to give a hand to his community and keep in mind where they came from.
