The Kabaka’s subjects living in the UK and Ireland have begun celebrations to mark his 70th birthday.

They kicked off with a run at Crystal Palace Park, followed by a joyful gathering alongside fellow descendants of Buganda.

The event was led by the Kabaka’s Representative in the UK and Ireland, Hon. Geoffrey Kibuuka, who addressed the participants and called on Ugandans to support the Kabaka’s campaign to fight HIV/AIDS.

In the South West England region, the race was organized under the leadership of Ms. Nabatta Mukiibi.
