An altar server, Jennifer Muwonge (centre), is presented with a Marsh Charitable Trust Award for her outstanding contributions to St Paul’s Cathedral.
The award highlights the work of volunteers. She said, “It’s an honour to be recognised for something I do with a deep sense of purpose and joy.”
Ms Muwonge also regularly reads scripture in Luganda, which she describes as “a powerful way to bring the Ugandan community closer to the cathedral.”
