The Kabaka and Katikkiro flag off the 2025 Kabaka Birthday Run at Mengo.
This week is being marked as “Have You Got Your Kit?” week.
The Minister for Youth, Sports and Talent, Hon. Robert Serwanga, has called upon all people — especially the youth living in the UK — to actively take part in the Kabaka’s birthday celebrations.
The Kabaka Birthday Run is an annual event, and this year, the UK edition will be held on:

This year’s run is dedicated to the fight against HIV/AIDS. It aims to promote public health by encouraging regular medical checkups, healthy living, and disease prevention.
🔬 On-site Medical Camp: Health professionals will provide free consultations and health advice to all participants.
