The Katikkiro, Charles Peter Mayiga has met with the executives of Cascade Coffee in Seattle, USA, to find partners supporting the Kingdom on the mmwanyi terimba program.
The Prime Minister was with the Ministers; The King's Ambassadors: of Seattle and the UK, and officials from Mengo, were welcomed by the CEO of the company, Mr. Greg Thayer (pictured), I took them on a tour of their various activities.
He appreciated the initiatives and said that a partnership between the company and the Kingdom would be a great opportunity for Buganda and Uganda to promote the rice crop.
On behalf of Cascade Coffee, Greg Thayer pledged to work with the Kingdom to promote the coffee crop.
