The meeting aims to see how the parties can work together in the fight against AIDS, especially among the youth.
The partnerships to be established, include the establishment of a school for paediatric AIDS doctors, the establishment of Youth Health Counselling, the promotion of prevention of behavioural diseases (e.g., alcoholism, prostitution, etc.), and are seeking to build a "Baylor Foundation Centre" in collaboration with the Kingdom in the suburbs.
Mr. Kaawaase thanked them for their cooperation in the health field, stressing that health falls under the Fourth (4) Constitution and the King placed it at the top of the agenda, especially in the fight against AIDS.
He promised to coordinate with the Ministry of Human Development, Buganda Land Board, and BICUL, to see how they take the matter forward.
