The Vintage Collectables Rotary Fellowship, dedicated to collecting vintage cars, phones, passports, musical instruments, radios, and more, recently held a leadership handover ceremony at Serenity Oasis Recreation Center in Busega–Ssumbwe.
Hon. Nsibirwa urged people not to discard old items, explaining that in the past they may have been useful, and today they can educate others, preserve memories, attract tourists, and generate income for those who maintain them.
