Mr. Edward Ssali is buried at Kiganda in Ssingo

The deceased is the father of Hon. Joseph Kawuki, Deputy Minister of Local Government and Tourism; Charles Ssali, of Buganda Development Foundation.

The Kingdom is represented by the Katikkiro, Hon. Charles Peter Mayiga, accompanied by Ministers, Chiefs of the Provinces, and Kingdom servants at various levels.

The Katikkiro thanked the late for his long service to the Kabaka as a district representative, while also supporting his clan. He thanked her for raising his children in a moral, religious, and hardworking way, just like he has.

The central government represented by the Minister of Lands, Hon. Judith Nabakooba, also thanked the deceased for raising children well.

Mr. Charles Ssali spoke on behalf of the children, who thanked their father for raising them well and instilling in their religion, hard work, and love for the Kingdom.

The Mass was presided over by Bishop Joseph Anthony Zziwa, who urged people to behave well and receive the rewards of God.
