They met the Katikkiro who urged them to stick to the five constitutional issues of Buganda; to fulfil their responsibilities to the people who elected them, and to fight for federalism.
The Deputy Minister of Local Government, Hon. Joseph Kawuki, who was also present, also urged husbands to increase their efforts in their work and to communicate with the people in their communities.
The ceremony was attended by the Hon. Christine Kaaya Nakimwero; the chiefs of the districts, and the district officials who have been given motorcycles, to use to spread the message against AIDS.
