The headmasters of Lubiri High School in Mengo; Lubiri High School, Buloba, and Bbowa Vocational Secondary School, Bbowa, in Bulemeezi each presented their school results.
Lubiri High School, Mengo, seated 153; 54 students passed first grade, 54-second grade, and 45, third grade.
Lubiri High School, Buloba, seated 138. 73 passed first; 55 in the second; 9 in the third, and 1 in the fourth.
Bbowa Vocational Secondary School, 2 students in the first, and 6 in the second.
The Minister of Education, Hon. Prosperous Nankindu Kavuma urged the authorities to focus on compulsory subjects, especially science, and to innovate ways to owe parents fees without expelling final-year students.
As the headmasters of the Kingdom schools, they complained to the minister about the serious challenges caused by the lack of funds due to late payment of fees by parents.
