He concluded the trip at the JOBIRI RIG, an oil well located in the Murchison Falls game Park and raised the issue of local people benefiting from the oil.
He urged people to take advantage of the oil opportunity to engage in commercial activities, especially farming and livestock to feed the market brought about by oil.
