The County of Bulemeezi proudly took the lead in the management and operation of the Kingdom's activities with 75 points.
Katikkiro was speaking at Bulange while announcing the County that proudly won in the race of administration and implementation of the plans of the Kingdom.
He urged the County chiefs to strive to ensure that the Kingdom's programs are extended up to the village level and that it is the duty of the County chiefs to ensure that the people of Buganda receive adequate services that help them benefit from their Kingdom.
Bulemeezi County had the highest score with 75 points, while Kawuga sub-county in Kyaggwe had the highest score of all sub-counties in Buganda.
