The minister of culture palaces, tombs tourism, and security, Hon.Anthony Wamala, met with Col. James Kato Kalyebara the Commander of the UPDF Traditional Leaders Protection Unit. The meeting was held at Buganda Kingdom administration headquarters in Bulange Mmengo, a Kampala suburb where they discussed various security issues.
