Buladde Financial Services, a Cooperative Society, was formed to help Ugandans harness the potential of their land assets, especially in the Buganda region.
Buladde is a savings and lending cooperative managed on behalf of the Kingdom by the Buganda Land Board, located at Masengere, Mengo.
A person becomes a member by purchasing shares or registering and then begins to save with them.
Hon. Haji Amis Kakomo, the Minister of Agriculture, Cooperatives, Trade, and Markets, paid a visit to Buladde Financial Services where he appreciated the work he witnessed and advised them to prioritise trust and transparency in their interactions with their team members to ensure long-term success.
He also advised them to work in compliance with the law, strengthen relations with the ministry that employs them, and embrace the ministry's growth.
