Parents registering their children at Bulange
Parents have expressed interest by registering a large number of children for this year's Kisaakaate. children have been enrolled to be part of this enriching experience.
Today, the participants set off from Bulange and headed to Gayaza at Hormisdallen School where they will spend two weeks training. They will undergo comprehensive training in various essential aspects of life, including human rights, hand skills, ethics, discipline, respect for others, household responsibilities, and talent development.
The event is under the Theme, "Okulafuubanira obuntubulamu". which translates to "Promoting the essence of humanity," the event emphasizes the significance of treating others with dignity and respect.
Hon minister Cotilda Nakate Kikomeko
The Minister of Education and Social Development, Hon. Cotilda Nakate Kikomeko has urged the participants to be careful about themselves and think about their future as parents have done their part to provide their fees and other requirements for them to have a bright future.
She says that humanity is the first step in building a nation, and people should not take it for granted.
To those who remain at home, Hon Nakate urged parents to give their children time to discover who they are and instil discipline in them to be of value and useful in the world.
