Queen Sylvia Nagginda has launched the Queen's Ball on the theme 'Shine a light: Illuminating Mental Health' in a mission to combat and reduce the number of people with mental disorders so that they can have a better life.
She presented this program at Bulange this evening and is calling on every individual to join her in this effort.
