The fundraising ceremony took place in Mutuba IV County, located in Kampala Central. Over Shs. 52 million is required to complete the construction work.
During his address to his grandchildren, Omutaka Namwama Augustine Kizito Mutumba, the head of the Kkobe clan and the speaker of the Buganda Kingdom's Head of Clans Council Cabinet, expressed his belief that the future development of the clan relies on the active involvement of the grandchildren.
He emphasised the importance of their engagement in clan activities and urged them to be at the forefront of all clan developments.

Henry Kawuma Male, the Kabaka’s representative responsible for Mutuba IV Sub-county in Kampala Central, encouraged Namwama's grandchildren to prioritise education for their children and ensure they are well-versed in their culture.
The event successfully raised over 26 million shillings.
