Minister Robert Serwanga Ssaalongo recently visited the hardworking youths engaged in various occupations across Gomba County. During his visit, he interacted with coffee and banana farmers, ginger cultivators, herders, metal burners, and others.
He expressed gratitude for their diligence, thanking them for their hard work. However, he also encouraged them to further develop their skills, emphasising the importance of acquiring expertise in their respective fields. This, he explained, would enable them to produce goods that can effectively compete in the international market.
Following these interactions, Minister Ssaalongo went on to inaugurate the Youth Leadership in the County. During the inauguration, he urged those entrusted with responsibilities to fulfil their roles by serving their communities effectively.
He emphasised the significance of responsible leadership and the need for those in leadership positions to prioritise the well-being of those they lead.
The Kingdom has actively promoted agriculture, particularly among the youth, reflecting its commitment to fostering growth and development in the region.
