The marking of P7, S.4, and S.6 mock exams have begun at Lubiri High School in Mengo, as stated by the Minister of Social Development and Queen's Office, Oweek Cotilda Nakate Kikomeko.
According to Godfrey Nviiri, secretary of the Buganda Examination Council, the programme involves 116 teachers from various schools who will be responsible for marking 28,231 pupils' exams over the course of seven days.
The tests, which in the previous academic system were the final year exams, are now a vital factor in determining the future of students, thus the minister urged teachers to grade them honestly and thoroughly.
