Katikkiro urged employees to monitor alliances and stressed their importance for implementation.
He also encouraged them to be rooted and safeguard the agency's secrets.
He emphasised strengthening four key issues: transparency, diligence, hard work, and determination.
Miss Josephine Nantege, the Permanent Secretary to the Office of the Prime Minister, urged staff to uphold professionalism and quality in their work, contributing to the Kingdom's honour.
The meeting is held annually.
