The main altar and campfire leading the celebrations of Kabaka's 69th Birthday are at the Buganda Royal Institute of Business and Technical Education in Kakeeka Mmengo Today the 12th of April 2024.
Altars and campfires are also set up at other locations across all the Buganda Counties.
The campfires aim to share experiences that reflect on the life of King Mutebi II from his childhood to the current age of 69.
We encourage everyone to attend to learn more from different life coaches.
These events are organised to nurture young people further and educate the people of Buganda about their history and culture within various clans.
