Newly elected youth leaders from Kyagwe County were being sworn in
The youth were urged to unleash their creativity by engaging in income-generating activities and optimizing their use of social media.
Hon. Robert Serwanga Ssaalongo, Minister of Youth, Sports, and Talent, officially launched the youth leadership in Kyaggwe County, with the elected members taking their oaths. In his address, he emphasized the importance of the youth getting actively involved in practical activities and working hard.
Expressing her concern about the misuse of social media among the youth, Hon. Harriet Namukasa, the youth representative of the Buganda Youth Council, highlighted the need for responsible media use, especially when promoting products.
