Minister of Youth Hon.Robert Serwanga Ssaalongo, embarked on his second day visiting youth in Kyaddondo engaged in diverse occupations.
The youth visited, hailed from four sub-counties: Mut. II Nabweru, Mut. V Kawempe, Mut. I Nangabo, and Ssaabawaali Gombe.
Among them were a doctor who founded a hospital, a soap maker, a maker of charcoal-saving stoves, a Rejoice paint manufacturer in Wampeewo village, and a seller of bags and shoes. Additionally, he visited a vocational training centre.

During his visit, Hon. Serwanga encouraged the youth to approach their work with vigour and advised them to prioritise saving their earnings for personal development rather than spending impulsively.
He emphasised the importance of collaboration among the youth, suggesting they form cooperatives to uplift themselves. He also called on fellow employers to support the development of their employees.
Accompanying the minister on this trip were members of the Buganda Youth Council, representatives of the Kabaka in Kyaddondo county, sub-county, and parish levels, along with youth leaders at various administrative levels.
