The Minister emphasised the importance of the newly appointed positions, underscoring that their prestige is derived from outstanding service. He passionately urged Baganda residing outside Buganda to acquaint themselves with the kingdom's operations, focusing on the five key masterplan issues.
Hon. Kawuki cautioned against misinformation, encouraging active participation in development efforts for the kingdom's benefit.

Hon. Bakalikwira addressed the Minister, confirming that the newly constituted lukikko shall present its implementation plan on January 28, 2024. She emphasised the need for sustained momentum and urged the sworn-in heads of departments to commit to their service.
