Oweek. Serwanga teaching the youth about self-employment

The Minister of Youth, Sports, and Arts, Hon. Robert Serwanga, officially opened a youth training workshop on poultry farming, which was attended by more than 50 youths and held at Biwooma Poultry in Gayaza Namayina.

The workshop focuses on equipping the youth with the skills needed for modern farming practices.

During the workshop, Minister Serwanga encouraged the youth to move beyond idleness and embrace innovation, particularly by engaging in modern agriculture and livestock farming.

He also urged them to diligently track their work through proper record-keeping in whatever job they undertake, as this would help them understand their profits and losses.
