The representative of the Kabaka (King) in the New England region of America, Owek. Henry Ndawula, closed the children's kisaakaate organised by the Ggwanga Mujje Boston Association in the New England region, which takes place every year.
The kisaakaate, known as the Ggwanga Mujje Summer Camp, was organised under the theme 'Nurturing Young Children,' which involved teaching children about the culture and traditions of Buganda, including the Luganda language, cooking, dressing, traditional dances, and more.
As he was closing this kisaakaate, the representative Henry Ndawula thanked the Chief Executive Officer of Ggwanga Mujje Boston, Mrs. Rebecca Nansasi, and her deputy, Mrs. Rhona Nakalyowa, along with the committee leading this organisation, for their dedication to teaching children abroad about their culture and traditions, as young trees are what strengthen the forest.
He requested further contributions to building and restoring Buganda to its peak.
