Owek. Robert Waggwa Nsibirwa, the Second Deputy Katikkiro of Buganda, has congratulated Jane Collyer, who was honored by King Charles III of the United Kingdom. She was named on the prestigious list of individuals recognized for their exceptional contributions globally.
Jane Collyer received the M.B.E (Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire) for her dedicated service in Quantum Hardware and Cyber Security. This same honor was awarded to the former Katikkiro of Buganda, Martin Luther Nsibirwa, on February 5, 1937.
