The Speaker of the Buganda Lukiiko, Hon. Patrick Luwaga Mugumbule, urged clans to establish operational guidelines and actively engage clan youths by assigning them responsibilities. This would enable the youths to gain a better understanding of how the work is conducted within their clans.
Hon. Patrick Luwaga Mugumbule made this statement during the grand meeting of the Omutaka Kalibbala the clan head of Ensenene and his descendants, held at Lubiri SSS school. At the same event, they inaugurated the leadership of their clan.
Representing the Katikkiro at the event, Hon. Mugumbule issued a challenge to those tasked with clan leadership. He urged them not to allow the clan's decline but to instead strive to promote the clan as everyone fulfils their responsibilities.
