The Prime Minister of Buganda, Charles Peter Mayiga, conveyed a message through Oweek. Noah Kiyimba during the collection of oluwalo from the people of Buddu who visited Bulange.
He urged leaders to strengthen unity among the people to avoid potential disagreements. He added that this unity will also help the leaders fulfil the responsibilities given to them by the Kabaka, especially in improving the situation of his people.
He also urged them to be responsible and to care more about educating their children so that they can have a bright future.

For his part, Oweek. Kiyimba warned people, especially those in Kyobe, about the HIV/AIDS disease and urged them to protect themselves and get tested, noting that the king has taken the lead in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
The sub-counties of Mutuba IV Kyebe, Mutuba XVII Nabigasa, and Mutuba X Kyamuliibwa from Buddu are the ones that visited Bulange with oluwalo, contributing a total of over 12 million.
