Hon. Godfrey Sekisonge was receiving jerseys from Hon. Joseph Kawuki for the Kabaka's Birthday Run
The Baganda working and living in the UK and Ireland look forward to fully participating in the Kabaka's Birthday Run annual marathon.
They have expressed this by visiting the kingdom headquarters at Bulange Mengo to buy running jerseys led by Omuk Godfrey Sekisonge.
The Honorable Godfrey Ssekisonge, Deputy King’s Representative in the UK and Ireland, visited today to procure the shirts handed over to him by Honorable Joseph Kawuki, Minister for Local Government in the Buganda Kingdom.

Honourable Kawuki has called on all loyal subjects of the king, residing in all provinces, both within Buganda and abroad, to purchase shirts early to ensure their participation in the marathon and to support Kabaka's campaign against AIDS.
Honourable Godfrey Ssekisonge mentioned that they are also preparing to run on 7/04/2024, with the route planned in North London. He also encouraged people to come out in large numbers on that day to make the marathon vibrant and colourful.
