The King’s representative in England and Northern Ireland, Hon. Ssaalongo Godfrey Kibuuka, has launched the new Manchester County Council. The ceremony took place in Manchester District, and Hon. Kibuuka was accompanied by Omuk. Robert Mukiibi from North London and Omuk. Janat Nabatta from South London.
